The lack of a microwave in the room was very disappointing!!! Oscillating shower pressure and poor pool temperature didn't help to improve our stay.

The hotel was pretty standard and beautifully designed, as you can expect from Reading. I enjoyed the room and its nice decor. The staff team was very friendly at any time. The location in a beautiful area was exceptionally nice and there were shopping centers and interesting independent stores nearby. Plus, Reading Public Museum was set 15 mins on foot. The restaurant was nice with great food and service.

We visited the Reading Public Museum and checked out the Santander Arena. The vibe was relaxed and the rooms were comfy. Staff was friendly and ensured we were well taken care of. Would recommend for a group getaway.
The hotel is starting to show its age, and some fixtures need updating. It wasn't a major issue for us, but it's worth noting .

Great family getaway
The location is pretty cool, near some nice cafes and shops. Our King room was clean and cozy. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and the lobby vibe was chill, with comfy seating. Just wish the bathroom supplies were better quality and the room keys were easier to get. Over all, was fun!
